Short version: this site collects nothing unless you fill in the enquiry form or email us. There are no analytics, no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking scripts. Customer trace data never reaches us at all.
Agent TrustKit is a product of O&A Consulting, LLC, a company registered in Baltimore, Maryland, United States. O&A Consulting is the data controller for anything collected here. You can reach us at [email protected] about any of the below, or at [email protected] about the product itself.
The form on the pricing page collects your name, work email address, company, which plan you are asking about, optionally how many agents you run, and whatever you type into the message box. Only your first name and email are required. Everything else is there because it lets us give you a useful answer instead of a discovery call.
When you submit it, those details go to HubSpot, the customer relationship system we use to keep track of conversations. HubSpot stores the data on our behalf as a processor, under their own security and privacy terms. A contact record is created or updated against your email address and marked as a lead so we know to reply.
We use it to answer you and to carry on that conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside O&A Consulting and HubSpot. We do not add you to a marketing list from this form. If we ever want to send you something you did not ask for, we will ask first.
This site sets no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers. We do not load HubSpot's tracking script, Google Analytics, or any similar tool, which is why you have not been asked to accept a cookie banner.
Two things do involve a third party, and only when you choose them. Booking a call opens cal.com, and the fonts on this site are served from our own domain rather than a font CDN. Following an outbound link means that site's privacy policy applies, not this one.
Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for a short period for security and abuse prevention. That happens for any site and we do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
Worth saying plainly on this page as well as on the product pages, because it is the question that matters most to the people who buy this. The Agent TrustKit evaluation runs inside your own environment. We hold no customer trace data, no agent outputs and no evaluation results at any tier.
If you send us a trace export as part of a free report or an engagement, that is a separate, deliberate act covered by the agreement we sign with you, and we handle it under those terms rather than under this notice.
We keep enquiry details for as long as the conversation is live, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, so that if you come back to us we are not starting from nothing. After that we delete them.
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will action it within 30 days. You do not have to give a reason, and asking costs you nothing. If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
If this notice changes in a way that affects data we already hold, we will say so here and date the change.
O&A Consulting's studio site at oandaconsult.com carries our consulting work, field notes and case studies. It collects nothing beyond the same standard server logs and has no forms.
